help with my account recovery - bladetrinity - 05-25-2021
hello I am very happy to have been able to get my euro gunz account back, very grateful for your work.
I have come to report a failure in my article donor.
When I read the news that the old euro gunz account can be recovered with everything and LVL, EXP and cash from the article, I was very excited ... We are already in 2021 and 3 days before hearing this great news.
Today I enter the game and I see that I do not have all my donor article,
I bought almost all of them at the same time and had to retrieve "all" at least the main items which would be the item donor and the pick armor.
My blue color was also lost
Another mistake is that my armor equipment is separated example ...
one game is only for "PJ man" and the other game is "PJ Woman"
and also the elements appear duplicates.
Please, I would like to get the rest of my articles back.

Hopefully it will help me to recover the established theme.
I will leave evidence .. that affirms my content.
My main characters are bladetrinity y =[T]rinity=
by recovery they were changed to these names
EG-bladetrin
EG-Trinity
but it doesn't matter, I only care about recovering what is missing from item.

Hello there!
We require you to provide proof of your donations, we do not just check for you!
I would suggest going through emails and seeing if you have any proof there.
The database we recovered is from August 2011 so if you donated BEFORE that, you wont have your items, you would've had to have donated after the database was recovered.
Let me know down below if you have any proof that can help us..

OK GM, I think that the photos are sufficient evidence. I have many photos in case you need more.
For the 8th of the next month I will be back from the trip and in my house I will calmly look for the evidence you need, ok?
