[SOLVED] cant move when i join game!?!?

When I join a game my character cant move and I have the lag symbol over my head like its 999 or something and i cnat move I dunno whats going on heres a screen shot of what it looks like I cant move at alll but i can shoot and slash.

Cmon guys someone help me out what do i do this never happened i tryed re installing the game blah blah computer etc... waht do i do is it my ports do i need to change them or what ?

Your connection UDP is ***** up.
This would require  teamviewer to give more information.
I will list some of the possible reasons.
UDP router firewall
UDP software firewall
Traffic Shaping

Sorry Klause but once again this is happening and I cant Fix does anyone have any insight on this ?

Solved in myself again..... If anyone every has this problem uninstall the game then reset your modem and restart your computer once thats done re download the game and you should be fine to play .
