It would be possible for them to enable in the editing part of accounts to be able to replace the electronic mail with any other  Huh

I would say yes only if you can confirm/validate the current email on the account. Any other way would be a risk to losing the account.

The idea is that you can change your mail with an edit link that reaches the current email, which is the same method used when you forget the key of your account  Idea
