Hello,

You may need to "portforward" most likely your router is blocking gunz ports
Which causes you to have the 999 ping to everyone.
Follow the steps below.


1. you need to access your router depending on which one you have > go to forwarding > add new > in service port put 7700-7800 and put your IP address (Router IP) > Save.

2. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. > this is a good site for it as well, on the side you will see "List of router" hit that and choose the one you own, this will help you access your router and port forwarding page!

i folled the site u gave me       and  selected my router  part   You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.    at the step of  pressing nat  at this step

Please Make sure your UpNp under router setting is enabled.
Try that and see if it works.


I'm gonna write you steps on how to portforward using NAT
Keep an eye on this thread but try that first the UpNp.

UPNP is enabled what should i do now ?

1. click start > search : CMD prompt
2. Type ipconfig /all "keep this open we will use it later"
3. Go to change adaptor settings(Network connections)
4. Open what your using (Wifi or LAN) right click > properties.
5. choose internet protocol version 4 (tcp/ipv4) then properties.
6. click use the following IP address
7. go back to your cmd and get the computer preferred ip address 192.168.1.* then tab will get the subnet mask automatically
8. get also from the cmd the default gateway then press ok
9. go to your router page
10. if you have portforwarding click it if you dont see it go to your advanced then choose NAT <
11. click add
12. choose Custom service and name the game UGG
13. server IP Address put the preferred ip address u used in the ipv4 (cmd preferred ip address)
14. scroll down and put ur externam port UGG is 7700/7800
15. And choose TCP/UDP from the protocol.
16. Click apply / Save and have fun playing UGG Gunz.

yes iam from egypt   i do ever thing u told me cmd and ip change and still disactivated  nothing changed  i dont have skypye i want to play gunz i dont know what to do dam it realy  first tiem got that proplem was playing from 6 monthes was great       u mena also 192.168.1.1   or  192.168.1  only   and in cmd where i place space bar

Try to restart your modem + computer and make sure everything up to date.
Also provide us with the most recent MLog file found inside your Gunz Folder.

Try to download Skype and make an account, its easier to help you on there.
