[SOLVED] I can't Play

Hello everyone.

Problem:
I need help, I can´t play, because I goint to the game, and in to room game, about me, the logo is seen of lag, and I cant to move.
What have you tried to solve the issue:
Reinstal the game, But the problem continues. I did the same thing before, but after 5 days I solved it myself.

Problema:
Necesito ayuda, no puedo jugar, porque cuando entro al juego y a una sala, encima de mi me aparece el logo de "Lag" y no puedo moverme para jugar.
Qué has intentado para resolver el problema:
En reisntalado el juego, pero sigue el problema. anteriormente me paso lo mismo, pero luego de 5 dias se soluciono solo.

-Restart your modem and try again
