[UNSOLVED] cant connect server

What's the issue you have been facing: Can't connect the server as the title says so.
What have you tried to solve the issue: Nothing really since I don't know what to do.

As the computer is new the problem can be the antivirus or the firewall.
Try this:
-Disable your antivirus
-Enable UGunz.exe in your firewall.

I already had the same problem and to solve I disabled the antivirus, try this please
