do skill rings and donor quest rings stack?

Hi dude :3
This is a thing to you gotta to know:

Skill Rings: They are it now, on the game shop. ( ther give to you a 5% more exp)
Donator Rings: They are it now, on the official page shop. ( you can shop it for 90 Donator Coins at the level 60)
Quest Rings: They arent on the game, but i think to it is a good idea. n_n

Does the 5% boost go to 10% if you use both rings.

You can put only 1 Skill ring. 2 Skill rings will not work.
