I have got a solution to Fix the nat problem to you guys after trying too many things.
but too many steps to follow i can help you one by one after taking Admins permission.
Skype : Aszmk Kamel
Or through TeamViewer
It works for me very well, today is the fifth day to be sure that its working.
I will just say the Steps here if anyone aware for what i'm going to say
1 - Restart you'r router and start you'r computer to get a fresh start.
2 - Go to menu Bar search CMD type in (ipconfig /all ) >> IPV4 example 192.168.1.2
3 - got to you'r router page
1 - Advanced Setup
2 - NAT
3 - Virtual Servers/Networks
4 - Portforward the ip address preffered at the CMD example 192.168.1.2
Start with UDP then click Apply/Save
Reapeat it once again End with TCP then click Apply/Save
5 - Enable the UpNp
6 - Have fun playing UGG
Do not be smart and put it as Static ip address coz it will not going to work
7 - Here is why do not run the ip address as Static, coz the next day when you try to loggin will get the same Nat and thats
what everyone do.
8 - Keep the Ip address run from the DHCP pool (Dynamic) so everyday you can get different ip address which is you'r going to portforward for that day.
9 - everytime you finished playing dont forget to go to you'r router page and delete the ports you did for today.
10 - Keep repeating this every day at Start only and the rest of the day you'r 100% no NAT and can play without any
(999Ping / NAT / Agent Error).
11 - i know it's silly but thats how it worked 5 days with me.
Thanks to @Michou he leaded me to this by thinking.
Do not forget i can help you through Skype and Team Viewer to show you as a 1st time then you Repeat it everyday.
