[SOLVED] Cannot Equip Donator Item

I recently purchased the donator item: Donator Enia's Cold 2

And although I already hit level 60 I still cannot equip the item.

I get the error: "You are not allowed to equip this item. (E200003)

keep in mind that the third slot are for grenades only, if u don't have It equipped yet, equip It or remove a Medkit HP/AP, this way you will be able to equip Enia
