Remove the levels and add Elo score just like in chess. Have ranked channels and unranked channels. In ranked channels your Elo is always affected when winning/beating someone. In unranked your Elo is safe and it would be a place to warm up. This way you can always predict how good someone is and their score will change if they get better or start to slack.
P.S. I quit the game but I do watch Rein TV streams. So big shout out to the guy for providing some nostalgia.
They will swap so the elo system will never work properly, in some timezones you wont be able to match up with this system ingame, elo system is based on which games have 1million players. Nice suggestion but that wont work for this game

it could certainly work. If two people are playing and they have a dramatic different in Elo their compensation for victory could be adjusted accordingly
for example:Those with dramatic difference in elo could get 1 point for victory. And someone with similar Elo they can get 24-30. So depending on how far off you are from someone. Also, swapping rules could be enforced and Elo readjusted for the swap.
With time implemented on the Elo rating, the score will naturally adjust itself and the A ranked players will be more apparent in the game. A ranked players will naturally want a challenge. This is also an incentive for people to improve their skill.
edit to ad: And players who have a higher Elo score than someone and they lose, their score could be affected dramatically. For example losing 60-70points as opposed if they fought someone with similar elo and would lose 23-30.

elo system to gunz? whats the point? separating players into different channels? doesnt even make sense, we already have players wars, anti lead, glad and lead and you wanna add a new channel just for .... ? there are some people who just like to have some fun in this game without caring about improving or skills, otherwise all the players from channel 1 would be playing clanwars and most of them like 90% doesnt even try and also we dont need a elo system to see how good the player is..
