[SOLVED] NEED HELP ACCESSING THE SERVER

I had a Paypal dispute that was resolved not too long ago. I am able to log into the website just fine (buy stuff and all). However I am not able to log into the server. Whenever I try to I get this message: "Your computer has been internet protocol banned. (E10015)"

Can someone please help?

Cancel your dispute at paypal, so you can play again. that's why you got banned. 
If you have any other inquiries let us know .
