Solved Password help?

What's the issue related to your account: I'm able to log on to the main website, but whenever I try to log on in to the game itself, it says it's a wrong password. I tried sending a ticket using the ticket system, but there hasn't been a response yet, so I resort to the forums in hopes of assistance.
What have you tried to solve the issue: Changed the password a few times, restarted my PC, the game, the browser itself.
ScreenShots: I can provide screenshots, but it's just the error message really.
