Tips

1. Limit fps : 333
2. Update drivers
3. Overclock your graphic's card
4. Try Archetype settings Low ( "7" preferred settings) and function /clothes
5. disable extra features such as sword projection , etc

If none of that helps , i can help you via Teamviewer or skype (pm your skype)
or just get a new latest graphic card.
