Hi There,
Unfortunately we are no longer recovering accounts from the previous server.
This is because the previous database with account information/items has been deleted by the previous owner.
This is a new server owned by the former co-owner and everyone has to "start from scratch".
Although you may have proof we are unable to verify your account info.
