Hello,

Look at this tutorial You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.

Try to open/change your ports (7700-7800 UDP and TCP):
Basically, try to change the in-game ports from 7700-7800 to 7800-7900 and open them again (this will refresh your ports) and automatically place them as acceptable in regards to UGG.
