Yeah, so it has to be you. Not everyone in the UK uses the same ISP as you. Do they?
Try to monitor your network and look for connection spikes. If you play on a wifi network, that could be a reason too.

Open Command prompt and type in : ping 8.8.8.8 -t
Send me the result when the command prompt is logged.
