Evento dos meds e baratão eu faço/já fiz. Gostei das outras sugestões, obrigado pela dica.
Um dos únicos empecilhos é o fato de controlar os players e explicar simultaneamente a todos, inclusive em outras línguas, por isso é necessitado 2 ou + Game Master ativos no momento.

@Edit: Sobre o evento dos black meds, nós o chamamos de "Death Hunt Event".
