We are very sorry you are having problems trying to play our game!

You may try @Krustty and @Gazel solutions, disabling anti-virus including (Windows Defender)
2. Try to reinstall Graphics card latest update.
3. Update windows (Windows Update)
4. Go into the Gunz folder with all files > right click UGGunz > Properties > Compatibility > Run this program in compatibility mode > Select Windows 7 or Windows 8 

These are some ideas you may try, we really hope we can help fix your problem.
