Already made sure everything is updated and installed correctly...the crash is random and only affecting UGG. As I wrote I have already ran windows update and have full updates until today. Already tried many reboots and re-installs. Tried deleting files and letting them re-patch (gunz.exe), did not work.

I have no firewall or antivirus. There is no external factor affecting this that I can tell - any other ideas?
