Dear user,

As Helios said above, we're no longer recovering accounts. The old server has closed around an year ago and since then there wasn't much we could do to help our players with this issue. The database got deleted, it means everybody just remade the accounts.
However, if you get in need to talk to any staff member in order to take your questions, feel free to contact me.
