Your internet speed is very slow, but it should not be giving you over 500+ Ping in game.
Since your internet is so slow I would recommend you to connect directly from your internet
Modem by using an Ethernet cord, in other words do not use WiFi.

You can also try to open "Task Manager" by hitting Ctrl+Alt+Delete
And under "Network Usage" you can close programs you are not using
that are drinking up your internet.  I'm not sure if it will help you a lot
but it will sure improve your ping a bit.
