Hello There.

You must forward the ports 7700~7800 of your router.

Try to do it.

- Turn off your router for  5 - 6 minutes and after turn on again.
- Uninstall recent programs you have installed.
- Reinstall the gunz on your desktop. 
- Remove the internet cable for 1 minute
- Port Forward, this tutorial might help  http://forum.universegunz.net/thread-276.html
