Regarding the desired taunt macro, It is all based on the delay time and combination of keys such as:

Blocking + /laugh (8) 
OR
Weapon switch + /laugh (8) 
 
It's all based under experimenting with key binding, You are free to add me on skype : ochxcincx
and i will be willing to assist finding a key bind/combination to acquire the desired macro
