Hello,

We need some informations in order to provide you a better help. Please, send us the type of monitor you are playing, what resolution and a screenshot of the issue.

For now, try to turn off DSR and VSync on Nvidia Control Panel and test the resolutions again. Also, make sure your video driver is up to date. If the problem persists, I sent you my skype via Private Message for futher help.
