Hello,

Thanks for providing us with as much info as possible regarding your crash issue, 
Here's some programs that may be causing your crash, 

1. Auto Hotkey 
2. FPS Aim Trainer 
3. YouTube DLG Version
4. UPlay 

Please remove these programs and try again! 
Let us know if your problem is resolved.
