Can you send your latest Mlog Files?
You can find it in : C:\Program Files\universegamers\gunzv10.1\MLogs
Try this;
-Try to restore your system. (At any date before the new launcher has been installed)
-Uninstall and install the game in another part of your computer. (Example, in your desktop)
