This error is common

1. Update your directx to the latest version

Before, check your computer's resolution
2. Navigate to the game folder C:\Program Files (x86) \ universegamers look for the Settings.xml file open with notepad and look in VIDEO, check if WIDHT and HEIGHT is in agreement with your computer. If not, change it.
