Hello, @7Melek!
To add on what @Curon is saying...
If you happen to play on several accounts, switching back and forth causes the NAT problems.
To prevent the problem, you have to reboot the game and from what I understand it fixes it.
Let's us know if you do play on several accounts, try this and see if it works.
