What a waste of time, not even a response about recovering my account, which had items to donate shotguns, swords, I even had a Bug Coat that I won in an event. And this disgusting administration of "universegunz" does not respond, does not help and is useless. The worst is crap. 
Just see that there is a user trying to get their coins since September 17 and they still haven't solved it. They are the worst.
