Hi There,
I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused but it is impossible to recover your lost items.
This is a new server, database, accounts etc were all reset. The 300+ members you see online have all re-donated or either settled with Event items.
The recovery period which lasted a week back in September has passed and we are no longer recovering lost items/accounts.
