I have one Notebook Gamer Samsung i7, 8GB RAM, OffBoard Video MX 110 2GB, and, my FPS in Universe is 60 FPS.
I dont know of this....

Obs: Já diminui tudo, mesmo assim permanece FPS baixo.
Os outros games, rodo em Ultra e nunca chega a 60 FPS, chega muito mais. Só foi eu reinstalar o Gunz que deu esse problema de FPS, antes eu colocava limite a 250, agora nem dá mais...
