Boa noite!

Não estou conseguindo entra no jogo, abro o Laucher fica carregando por um tempo e então aparece aquela mensagem "Error Report" e embaixo aquelas opções de 'Show log...' e 'Ok'. Gostaria que vocês me ajudassem a reparar esse erro, já desativei o firewall e nem ante vírus tenho no meu pc!! :-\ :-\ :-\
