[NO ACTION TAKEN] refund please?

hello! i am wondering if i may have a refund for an item that I purchased, Shotgun Green Finalizer... It was one of my first purchases here this week and I didn't know I had to be level 99 to use it, sorry. The webpage was in either Portuguese or spanish and I don't speak those. Would it be possible to have 50 coins restored to my account and have the item refunded so I can purchase something else? thank you
