[SOLVED] Racist player named B345t

Here are several screenshots of the player B345T being racist and using slander. There is no need for racism and there is no need for this player to still be apart of this community. He has consistently used racist slander on numerous occasions to myself and other players. I know we can add players to our ignore list, but how does that fix the problem if someone will continuously log on and use racism without any repercussions? We donate to play this game, why would we want to play and/or continue playing a game that allows this to happen?
