Sniper rifle button placement

Hello.
Sniper rifles are in vogue right now.
I personally don't like it, but I'm trying to adapt.
Looking at Korean and South American players, they shoot smoothly.
There are players who incorporate it into KS, and players who instantly shoot double shots like RS.
How do you arrange buttons for sniper rifles?

you should just beable to shoot it, you need to pause for a second or atleast thats how it use to be, back in the day you could scope in aswel, i think steven made that.
