Help with Account

i had an old account with donors from euro gunz but the process to get it back doesnt work  there is an account with user id wali that is mine but i just cant recall what email and even when i try it says that user id doesnt exist so when i just made this new account i used the user id wali but still it says that the user id does exist so i am not sure can you guys please help
