No action taken Account Recovery?

Hello guys!

I have an account and i'm trying to get it back for some reason i cannot log into it's says not on file now how come it's not on file?
i have so much donors and i invest money into for me to have some fun. This is not correct to the user of this game please i need some help.

My user name should be Geha_12
and also i have previews emails from the server in my email so that's the correct email, but when i do forgotten password it's says this account is not in our system.

Hi There,
This is a new server. The previous server has been deleted and we have lost the database with all accounts and items/donors.
There was a recovery period back in September when the server was Remade. With a different owner.
But that period has expired due to users claiming donors with public accounts etc.
Long Story short.
Everyone in game has re-donated in order to receive their donator items back.
