[REQUEST] Drawing

What's up everybody? 

So, I came on the idea to start drawing again (I prefer to draw things from things like; Lord of the Rings, Hobbit and all those fantasy things). 

Now, here's the request (it are two of them actually).

- Where do I find a proffesional drawing setup ( I have around 200$ to spend).
- Could you guys look for cool Lord of the Rings / The Hobbit / Dragon (whatever comes in your mind when you think of a fantasy-medieval-theme) images? Just make a simple screenshot and post them here (I recommend Puush or imgur).

I like drawing as well, but do you wan't a setup like to draw on paper or on a computer, photoshop for example. If so i do recommend a pentablet, i have one, i will not recommend any brand because i don't any experience with other brands, only with Genuine pentablet.

And about the images, i need to know your skill level before i throw any image for you draw.
