Ring Stats ?

I want to know what is the stat of this donator ring :
Donator Elite Quest Ring

i presume it give exp bonus , but how much ,and do it applies only to quest or to all EXP gain (DM TDM ,CTF Etc....) ?

I think the Quest Ring would only work for Quests... considering it is literally called "Donator Elite Quest Ring".
I think it gives a +10% EXP increase, it could be +15%, but I was told it was one of those two.

Elite Quest Ring does work in all the mods. It gives X3 EXP for 1 quest / 1 ring.

2 rings would'nt give exp,only 1 ring.
