[SOLVED] Help opening Event box

Hi,

I cant open this event box i just got. I press equip and it doesnt do anything?
Help?

I think this box is troll. I've double clicked on it and relogged loads. Can someone tell me if they successfully opened one? Did a message come up with reward?
My box doesn't respond to anything.

Did you even read what i said? I have the box. The problem is it won't open no matter what i try.

marco I have read what you said and there is a problem with the box I think there has been a number of people complaining in game about this and we are sorry for the problem hopefully it will open for you keep trying I bought one and it worked :S I don't know what's going on with them now. I will talk msg Pls for help n it.
