Hello there,
There are a few third party program such as OBS or X-split i.e that can be used to stream UGG.
Along with twitch, there are tutorials online which can help with setting up your stream.

P.S: Game capture is disabled for UGG so you would have to use Monitor Capture.
Adjusting your encoding, resolution and fps rates based on your pc's compatibility to reduce high ping/lagging
