How about wearing other clothes over the donor sets?
Its gets kinda bored when you see all the same sets in clan war nd stuff.
Like you can keep your donor set or items on, but put another cosmetic look over it.
Same for weapons if that's possible, but the sets are my main suggestion.

I just rock the Sparta Set no matter what and fck the hp.

I dont know about the technical part but since some other servers have it, shouldnt be too hard i guess. And yeah i know but if u are without any donor items it gets kinda frustrating when your enemy has 20 hp left every round. I'd love to change my appearance without having to worry about that. And for the shotguns, it would be cool to use breaker 8 and 7 or pio again imo.

However the Clothing or item you are referring to are better known as avatars.
There are a few which have been recently added to the online donor shop and a lot more to come.
