[SOLVED] Lagging issue in-game

Recently i just login i found out that i have lagging issue my ping gone up to 3000+ and more!

can you give me some advice on making my game less lag?

- Do you have programs running/open while you play UGG?
- Is your firewall/anti-virus disabled at the time?
- Are other people sharing your internet (a dorm/library/cafe/family)?

Im using Windows 10 currently
I did not open any programs while playing UGG
No firewall/anti-virus are disabled
Lastly,im not shaing internet
