Solved DirectX Error

I keep getting this message. Any help to reccomend?
I already downloaded directx 9.0+ still nothing.

Yeah says I have direct 12 installed on my diag

Done that as well. Everythings up to date. Internet is a bit slow but i don't think that could be the cause.
I might as well try again when it stabilizes,
