Add 'Do not load clothes' Untexture character

1) This helpful to ppls without good pc. Only 1 gunz got this option. Added this to the next update please.

2) Add new antilead this one is rlly sucks

proof: 

5 shoots. hitted 4 times, missed 1. = 11 dmg

3) Remove black medders. Peruvians always using black meds and camp. No one wanna face them with black meds and camp.

A new anti lead will be added in the next update.
Also the first picture you provided is a setting in the options.

Options> Video>Character-image quality> set to 8 (lowest setting)

That was added about a year ago...
