Bro there are totally 3 test bro
1st of all u saw the button called "submit form"
When we submit the form then it should go another page and they should fill all the forms and after submitting that it should go to the application format to apply..
Ex: when we select Game master as applying position then it will go to Game master's application format and when we select FM then it will go to FM Application format page.
By copying that format we should fill it and post it in the thread called "Application" which is open...
..
This what it works...
And one more this is not exact page which I has shown above..
I had shown only sample of my work
If I should add any other table then u can say me that table comment...
