Change on meds

Reduce the quantity of medkits and increase the recover or lower the delays.
      
       -Halve the quantity and double the recover.

      -halve the delay.

Gunz weapons are so fast and the hp/ap so high, it takes forever to recover! A change on one of the things above would make it great to play.
