i was send 40 euro many of days over mounth , didnt sow any coins in my id

i talk with universgunz about that and tell me make i post in forums

and i have id with coins deleted my id after update of game

Are you talking about donate? About old server?

If you are talking about donate.
its takes 10 business days.

About our old server I'd like to say sorry, but we can't do anything to help you, because the old server is ''gone'' because the old owner decided to close his server. and we don't have the old database to recover all accounts/items. Everyone start from 0 in this server.
If you have any other question let us know. we will let this thread open and pending until you answer us.
