[SOLVED] Clan Emblem Upload.

Hello,

Im having some issues with uploading a new Clan Emblem..
I've uploaded one like 3 days ago and the emblem won't come through ingame, i can see it on the website but not ingame.

So today i've tried another new emblem and yet again nothing changed..

Any suggestions or solutions?

Hello @Battie

Do you mind sharing the pictures with us that you are trying to upload?
We will confirm them and make sure they are not too big in size.

Delete your emblem file(Documents > UniverseGamers > Gunz > Emblem) after doing this, the emblems will downloaded again and your new one should be seen can take about 1-2 days

I have tried to upload these 2.. They are perfect in size as the requirements say.. (200x200)..

I just tested it out on a new clan I just made, worked fine.
emblem showed in game within seconds Link: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.


Wait like a day or two and see what happens, if no changes appear.
I would just re-make the clan (The clan is new anyways)

Note: We have tried deleting Emblem folder + Resizing image.

Problem fixed, emblem took 24 hours to re-appear after re sizing.  (Confirmed in game.)
