When did u play? It depend on how long u didnt play because old account have been delete after the close of the server.
Why are we still here..? Just to suffer..

my user id is Dj-rishy. I recovered my donate items when the old accs were deleted. but I don't remember my pw.

I played after the new sever was opened. Even I recovered some donate coins from my old UGG acc. :/

Your UserID seems active, The recover link should work fine.
I have just tested it and it worked fine! I highly suggest you try
Another internet browser. If you keep having issues opening the "Recover Link"
